Outstanding Attendance

I got a certificate at team assembly for coming to school all the time. I love coming to school especially when I get time to play with my friends.

Weaving

During our Maori lessons Whaea Francis has been teaching us to weave. A long time ago when people lived in the jungle they did not plastic bags. They made a bag (kete) using flax. (Dictated to the teacher)

Athletics Day

It was our school athletics and we played lots of games. I had fun but the best part was that my nana came to watch me.

At the zoo

Mufti and Wheels Day

On Friday we had mufti and bring your wheels to school. The children in Rm 18 were so excited as this is the first time for many of the children to wear their special/weekend clothes and bring their wheels to school. Some children brought their scooters, bikes and wheelie shoes. During lunch break they got to ride and have some fun.
