Point England buddy

Today I was making a point England buddy using some things around the point England park. Our teacher had rocks from her garden to use to make our Point England buddy.

Moon

Today, room 21 was watching a movie and we had to write about it. At the start there was nice and relaxing music. There was a boat with one old man, a little boy and another big man. They dropped their hook down in the ocean so they could stay still. 

They had a long ladder so that the little boy could climb up to the moon and grab a star.the moon was full of stars and it was a bright yellow colour. After that the other two climb up and help him brush the stars into one pile. But then the other big ones keep on fighting over which brush is better to brush the stars. They were shouting and then a big shooting star came and landed on the moon. The little boy climbs up the star with a hammer and breaks it and a lot of stars come out. The other two were very proud of the boy and those two stopped fighting and became friends. The little boy got the same as the other two and was very happy.

Today I was doing place values i was doing it with my best friend Eve. It was really easy to do and it was fun. Some of them were hard for Eve but she asked for help. I helped her one question only.

Bubble game

Today on a sunny day room 21 went outside and lined up on a yellow line to play a bubble game. We had to go in groups of three of two and I went in a group of three. I had Eve,and Luisa. So here’s how you play: you choose one person to blow the bubble and you and your other buddy has to pop it all. If it lands on the ground you're out we all had fun popping it there were big bubbles and small bubbles. 

Next we all lined up on the yellow line and our teacher blew it and we all had to pop it. Some of us always hit each other and we keep on jumping to pop a bubble. We had so much fun popping bubbles and all of us were excited to pop the bubble.

Our teacher said we can play for five minutes but we only played for one minute. When Luisablew the bubble me and Eve, almost hit each other on the face and luckily we stopped.

Some of us blew our bubbles on the courts because there was a lot of space. We had to stay away from the other class because we might disturb them. And some people went far away and they were supposed to stay by their class.

To day I was reading a under water book it’s called the best diver in the world.

Kandinsky

Yesterday room 21 where doing Kandinsky. We used pastels to make our Kandinsky. 

The colours I used was blue purple and pink they were very bright colours accept purple.

It was really fun doing it because i love doing arts with pastel. After finishing our Kandinsky 

Circles we did it in colouring pencil. I liked doing it with the colouring pencil because we didn’t 

get our hands dirty but when we were doing it with pastels our hands look like we were playing in mud.

First my teacher fold it in to three boxes then we did little circles in the middle of each box. 

Then we did even bigger ones on the outside, I managed to make three and I finished it.

Me and my class enjoyed doing arts but it most felt like we were doing arts and craft. 

When I was about to do my little circle I felt nervous that if I did a mistake but it turned out pretty cool. When we were doing the Kandinsky with colouring pencils I did it in a pattern I did yellow and red. It look interesting because it looked like my hand was sinking but it wasn’t.

All of my classes Kandinsky was very pretty.

Finally when I finished my Kandinsky with pastels it looked very colourful and bright. All of my class had a look at each other’s Kandinsky I like my best friends one because of all of the details. I really enjoyed doing arts with my teacher and my class.

Arts alive

On Monday me and my class went to assembly. We were talking about arts alive and we have been doing arts. First when we went in we saw mr. j wearing a painting costume. and some class teacher did an art movie. I liked ours because of the spray gun. Next we were talking about what kind of arts we were making. When we came back from assembly we took a photo with our art. Finally we ended of with the year 8 movie. All the o f the teachers movie were great and there acting was to.

French food

Today me and my class were trying French food. We tried a special kind 

of breed  and it was croissants and when I bit it it 

tastes like butter and it was really fluffy in the inside of the breed. 

The reason why we are eating French food is because we are learning about French stuff.

After eating breed we tried a different kind of breed with cheese and some of 

us tried blue cheese. Did you know French people eat baked snails with butter 

I wonder what it taste like. My teacher said she has been to Paris and ate 

the baked snails with butter she said it taste nice. 

 

And  the Food in French is really yum like the juicy 

grapes.  But when we had cheese with breed the cheese  smelled like fish 

and I didn’t like it. Our second kind of breed was a little bit boring it was 

the same taste but original.

What I liked was the grapes because how it juicy and my favourite colour is 

kind of green. But the first one really yum and great it was the croissant.

The only thing I didn’t like was the cheese because of the smell and the taste of it.

I would like to see a dinosaur but they are very different from people  don’t have four legs only two. Well they are big and I am a little bit scared to see one. When a dinosaur has a new born baby they are the same animal but they could be a different colour. There a lots of different kind of animal and that is cool. In New Zealand we used to have dinosaurs but they were extinct.

Kiwi sport

Yesterday I was doing Kiwi sport in the hall. I went with my teacher and my class and 21. The reason why we have to do things what is to stay fit. The sport we did is gymnastics it is very fun doing it with my friends. First we had to standby the dots.Next we had to do a warmup. Then our ckoch  had to show us how to do the course. After we had to do that course we stood back on our dots. Finally we change courses and had to do some fun. The one I liked was the stage because we hopped on the hoops on 1 foot and my other favourite one was going on the little tramp. It was really fun doing it and helping people out if they were stuck on something.

When you’re in space you float in the air and you need to put on a spacesuit to be safe because if you went out of the rocket with out it that will not be 

good because you can’t breathe. That is why you train before you get on so you know 

safety rules. at the start where you Blast of it takes long to get to space.when you’re in the air and you can’t open your door you and you 

feel anything if you try touch a cloud you might fall and that won’t be safe. If I was a astronaut

On a sunny day I was walking in the forest. when I saw a shinny yellow egg on the ground I went over and picked up the egg. when I just touched it the egg hatched I watched it hatch. out came came a yellow Dragon it flew out and fire came out of his mouth. I was not scared I went over and I said hi it was scared of me because it was a baby Dragon. I pated its head and I liked it  we went for a walk together in the forest.
